Dividends

Effective December 2009, Cathedral Energy Services Income Trust was converted to a growth-oriented corporation, Cathedral Energy Services Ltd, (the “Company”.) It is the intent of the Company to pay quarterly dividends to its shareholders, subject to its operating results.
